Terms of service as of Sep 2022

• Clause 1: Visit

We offer curbside pick up vs in person visit due to our breeding operations, however we happily accommodate virtual visits via Instagram, WhatsApp, Facetime or Facebook. 

We ask the 3 days prior to your visit please limit your contact with other animals to minimize the spread of viruses. 

Setting our puppies up for optimal health is the gift we strive to give each customer; thanks for your help & understanding!

• Clause 2: Deposit

The first $500 of total payment or partial payment sent to us for a puppy is meant for securing the puppy for candidate and considered nonrefundable. 

please have the puppy checked within 3 days from pick up, if there is any sort of serious health concern , we accept puppy return to us at your expense and we refund your payment in full minus the deposit. 

if you ever changed your mind and incapable of taking care of the puppy, we accept puppy's return at your expense and costs associated with the puppy include medical or food, quarantine..until we rehome your puppy for you. 

• Clause 3: Payment

We do not accept third party payment and the payment should take place by the main applicant unless there is a consent letter from a lawyer from Ontario-Canada. 

• Clause 4: Health Record

All of our puppies come with Health record by our Vet Office stating all the vaccination, examination results, deworming status and more

• Clause 5: Health Guarantee

 As of September 1, 2022 we offer one year health Guarantee against life threatening disease or genetic disease for an add on $500 for full refund of the original purchase price. 

what is covered: Eyes, Hip, physical examination, up to date vaccination, deworming, hearth genetic issue.

what is not covered: underbite, life span, eye color changes by age, or environmental effect or change in diet.

The cost of vet, or shipping back to us or environmental effect, or diet change, or exposure to elements shall be absorbed by the guardian.

• Clause 6: The Guardian Agrees

The guardian agrees that our puppies are for pet only, furthermore to spay or neuter the puppy in timely manner.

one year Health guarantee (upon request - add on $500) is subjected to clause 6 upon certificate for spay or neuter being sent to us by 6-8 months.

And if by any mean your puppy fails the genetic test or experience other major health concern related to genetic matter (supported by our Vet office), we refund half your money or offer another puppy at half the price. 

The guardian agree to continue the food diet suggested by us or very similar basis, or take the responsibility of any side effects or upset puppy..

Clause 7:  Puppies

• Our puppies are for pet bonding only and non transferable(without consent) as our liability; any breech will be subjected without prejudice.

• We gurantee that our puppies are free from elements and Toxoplosmosis to prioritize the well-being of the puppies. 🌟 

• Clause 8: Boarding Cost for Adopted Puppies

 Includes exercise, food, deworming and next booster if needed @ $35/day; 2-3 weeks maximum.
